Why This Program Works

Most financial education focuses on theory. We built this program around the messy reality of running a business and making money decisions under pressure.

Real Business Scenarios

Work through actual case studies from Australian small businesses. You'll see how financial decisions played out over time and what could have been done differently.

Small Group Format

Classes capped at 18 participants. You'll have time to ask questions and explore topics that matter to your specific situation.

Practical Application

Each module includes exercises you can apply immediately. Build financial models, analyze statements, and develop planning frameworks for your own projects.

Learning By Doing

Every week includes hands-on work. You'll build financial models, analyze real company statements, and develop planning tools you can use after the program ends.

We use examples from retail, services, tech startups, and consulting businesses. The principles apply across industries but the details matter, so we show you how concepts translate to different contexts.

Guest speakers join selected sessions to share specific experiences. Past participants have heard from founders who bootstrapped to seven figures, CFOs who've managed through recessions, and investors who've backed hundreds of businesses.

Your Instructors
